Cancellation & Other Policies

 

 

PLEASE READ THE CANCELATION POLICY BELOW 

Magnolia Massage Company understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY

 

MAGNOLIA MASSAGE COMPANY UNDERSTANDS THAT SOMETIMES ADJUSTMENTS TO APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY. HOWEVER, IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU GIVE AT LEAST A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING.

**You will not be penalized with a cancelation or rescheduling fee if you are, or think that you may have come in contact with someone that is sick with Covid-19 or any other transmittal virus or bacteria.  *It is OK to cancel/reschedule but please do so as soon as you think that rescheduling is necessary!  The cancelation policy will be enforced if this allowance is being abused (ie: if a client does not call in a timely manner to cancel the appointment if feeling sick).  HOWEVER, THE 'NO SHOW' POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED REGARDLESS.  PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHER CLIENTS. **It is NOT the responsibility of Magnolia Massage Company to ensure that you are receiving your appointment updates and reminders.  Please put all appointments in your calender when you make the appointment.

ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE OR SIMPLY NOT ATTENDED (NO SHOW), WILL BE CHARGED 100%, UNLESS DUE TO AN EMERGENCY OR UNEXPECTED LIFE EVENT.

 

LATE POLICY

 

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.  YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE EXTENDED IF YOU ARE LATE, HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE APPOINTMENT. 

OUT OF RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION TO YOUR THERAPIST AND OTHER CLIENTS, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY & BE ON TIME.
